Refunds & Returns Policy

At Industrial Warriorz, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, print-on-demand products made just for you. Because our products are custom-printed and fulfilled by our partner Printful, please review our policy below carefully before placing an order.

Order Fulfillment & Processing

• All orders are processed and fulfilled on-demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for production prior to shipment.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Products are custom-made and fulfilled by Printful.

• Orders are shipped from Printful’s facilities in the U.S. or international locations depending on your region.

• Shipping times vary and are outside of our control once the order is handed over to the carrier.

• Printful handles replacements for defective, misprinted, or damaged products only.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference.
Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at arthur101278@yahoo.com.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective item.

3. We will review your claim and provide instructions for your replacement.

Lost Packages / Wrong Address

• If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

• If you entered an incorrect or insufficient address at checkout, we cannot issue refunds. Re-shipping fees will apply once the package is returned to Printful.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products when a replacement is not possible.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved.

Cancellations

Because orders go into production shortly after being placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you need to request one, and we will do our best to accommodate.
